What is Reiki?
Reiki translates to 'universal life force energy'. It is a safe, gentle method that supports optimal healing and well-being. It is equally effective in person or sent from any distance. It restores flow to stagnant, blocked, or imbalanced energies that underly many mental, emotional, and physical issues.A few of it's many uses include: stress relief, pain reduction, speeding up recovery from illness and injury, sleep, mental health support, spiritual growth, trauma, emotional processing, and so much more.In hospitals and other professional health fields it is becoming more and more widely recognized and accepted as a powerful complementary treatment alongside modern medical care.Reiki is not a substitute for care by a licensed health care professional. Please seek medical attention if you or an animal experience health concerns.
What to Expect for a Session
Before it is recommended to sit or lie down somewhere comfortable and quiet where you can relax for the session. Do not worry if you fall asleep, Reiki works no matter what, as long as you are open to receive.During you may experience physical sensations, memories, emotions, closed eye visuals, twitching, falling asleep, etc or nothing at all. All of it is normal and everyone responds differently.Afterwards drink plenty of water and get rest if needed. Continue to schedule sessions for best results. Most people benefit greatly from 1-4 sessions per month, or more depending on what feels right for you. Experiment and see how Reiki can change your life.

As of 2024 she practices at the Shinpiden level using traditional Usui and Karuna Reiki methods.She is currently training to become a professional interspecies communicator. Though not officially offering these sessions yet, she incorporates the skills, knowledge, and understanding of animals into her Reiki practice to support animals and their caretakers.
